At
7:20 I leave from home to campus and at 7:30 I arrived at the kitchen, then at
8:00 we did one line in front of the kitchen after that our supervisors were
absent and checked our equipment one by one. After that we went into the
kitchen and went to the locker where we kept our things, then we were given
direction by the supervisor to do one line in the main kitchen, while waiting
for the others to go to the main kitchen I read a little material in the
smallbook and I read a little recipe we get.
After
that Chef Aldino came he would be our lecturer for this "Breakfast"
week, then a little chat with us he gave us some direction, and after that he
gave us the material about Breakfast which this week we will practice this
Breakfast menu, he explained various kinds of Breakfast are American Breakfast,
Continental Breakfast, English Breakfast and Indonesia Breakfast. Then after
that Chef aldino said that today we only do preparation for Continental
Breakfast is making croissant, danis, Soft Roll, Hard Roll, and Twist Bread.
After
that chef aldino formed a group for us and my group made Twist Bread. then
after we get directions from our supervisors immediately doing doing until at
14.30 we take a break for lunch we are only given one hour to go to the
cafeteria by the supervisor, after that chef aldino give some direction to us
about breakfash for tomorrow, after that we directed by the supervisor to do
General Cleaning, until at 19:10 we do one line and get ready to go home.
