DAILY ACTIVITY (ENGLISH VERSION)

At 6:40 pm I left home to college and at 6:50 pm I arrived at the kitchen, then at 7:30 pm we did one line in front of the kitchen after that our supervisors gave us and checked our equipment one by one. After that we go into the kitchen and go to the locker where we store our goods, then we are given direction by the supervisor to do one line in the main kitchen.

After that a few moments later make preparations for this breakfes day. A few moments later Chef Aldino came and gave us a little direction for this day, after which he immediately ordered us all ready in their respective parts and I got the fruit juice section, after which we were directed by chef aldino to make watermelon juice. After this restaurant breakfes finished, we went back one line to hear directions for breakfes tomorrow. We were in for some groups for english breakfes, and my group got a part making English muffins

After that we are directed to general cleaning, before making preparations for the next day breakfes. Moments later after the general cleaning, we made preparations to make the English muffin dough and shortly afterwards we made English muffins. after so we save for the next day. After that we returned one line to be directed by the supervisor to general cleaning once again to be completely clean. And a few moments later we take a break and then we return one line to be sent back.
