At 06:54 I left from home to
campus and at 7:04 am I arrived at the kitchen, then at 07:30 we did one line
in the kitchen in the rainy morning, after which the supervisors took our order
and checked the equipment we one by one after that we keep our stuff in the
locker, then we are given direction by supervisor to do one line in main
kitchen.
After that a few moments
later we made preparations for this breakfest indonesia this day. A few moments
later Chef Aldino came and gave a little direction for this day, after that he
directly ordered us all ready in their respective parts and my group got the
fried noodle section.
After that we were directed
by aldino chef to store in insert so MTH directly can pick it up. After this
restaurant breakfes finished, me and my friends who have table manner get the
part to be steward. A few moments later after that we all directly eat. After
the meal we returned one line to hear the faizal chef's directions for next
week.
After that we are in direct
for general cleaning as Friday the next day we are holiday. a few moments later
we take a break and then we return one line to be sent back.
