DAILY ACTIVITY (ENGLISH VERSION)

                At 7:25 pm I left home to campus and at 7:35 am I arrived at the kitchen, then at 7:45 pm we did one line in front of the kitchen after that our supervisors were absent and checked our equipment one by one. After that we go into the kitchen and go to the locker where we store our goods, then we are given direction by the supervisor to do one line in the main kitchen.

               After that a few moments then make preparations for this rotation menu of the day. A few moments later Chef Aldino came and gave us a little direction for this day, after which he immediately ordered us all ready in their respective parts and I got the duck part menyatnyat, sambel matah, and pelecing vegetable. After the restaurant rotation menu is completed. we break to eat together.

              After that we are directed by the supervisor for general cleaning. And a few moments later we took a break and then we returned one line in because it was to mend a bit direction by chef faizal after that we were sent back by the supervisor.
