everything, meet again on my blog, here will again tell you what will in this
day and this week am entering in the rotation menu material 1.1 . At
07:25 arrived on campus and went straight to back kitchen waiting for
another friend. After that at 08.00 direct oneline by the supervisor and as
usual if you want to go to kitchen certainly we are in the past and our utensil
was checked one by one accordingly with the order in absence.
After everything is done we keep goods in our locker and utensil even we save
then we are absent again in book locker. after we returned oneline main kitchen
after that we pray according to religion and belief respectively. at 08:27 we
were given directions or materials by chef dino to prepare for tomorrow and my
group get the main course menu : fille of sole meuniere dan potatoes au
gratin. After that immediately rushed to part we got
That is the fille of sole meuniere and potatoes au gratin and few moments later
restaurant was open.
After
that get section to enter restaurant to
enjoy the food to served, after that At
13:26 restaurant was closed. After restaurant was closed returned to general
cleaning and at 15:34 immediately ordered to general cleaning (GC) and
after that our general cleaning (GC) finish takes break. And at 17:04 we were oneline to pray
and after pray we went straight home.
