From the results of my first research Of all the results of the methods carried out by me that is most suitable for processing Cork Fish Meat into Tuna Fish Substitute For the Basic Material of Making Tuna Chunk namely steaming method and phase 2 trials the author will use the Steaming method (steaming) because of the results of the trial method 1 which is almost near perfect.
